We Can Come to You
We understand that it’s not feasible for everyone to be able to visit an attorney’s office. If you are unable to come to us, for whatever reason, Jared will come to you and meet with you at your convenience. He loves meeting clients at their home, place of business, or even at coffee shops or restaurants — whatever is comfortable for you. Although our office is located in Charleston, we represent clients throughout the state of South Carolina.
No Costs Up-front, No Charge Unless We Win
We handle all of our cases on a contingency fee basis. This means that there is no money required up-front and we only get paid if we are able to make a recovery for you. Our firm does not believe in charging clients a fee if they do not receive a benefit from our services. Once we are able to obtain a settlement, the attorney’s fees will be deducted from any gross settlement amount and the case expenses will be reimbursed. We will thoroughly set out and explain all fee agreements in writing for you to approve and sign prior to taking on your case.
